Description
ROCHESTER HIGH STREET TQ 7468 NW 7/108 Nos 21 and 23 24.10.50 GV II House with shops below. Later C18. Brick facade: Kent tile roof with hipped dormer. Brick ridge and end stacks. 2½ storeys. Regular 4-window range. Stucco dentilled cornice with coped parapet. Flat rubbed brick arches. 12-pane hornless sash windows to 1st floor, 6-pane to upper half story. Shop front (recessed, late C20) has a moulded cornice with triglyphs supported by 2 pilasters and a Tuscan column. Interior much altered.
