2. One wing dates from the C17 but the main part of the house is an early C13 L-shaped building. 2 storeys and attic, red brick with grey headers. Hipped tiled roof and modillion cornice. 6 windows and 1 dormer facing north, 5 windows and 3 dormers facing east. Windows have segmental heads and glazing bars intact. Doorcase in east front with Ionic columns, pediment, semi-circular fanlight and 6 panel moulded door.
