Two storeys with boxed eaves to hipped roof with gablets and central stack cluster. Regular fenestration of 3 glazing bar sashes on first floor, the central smaller, and 2 on ground floor with segmental heads. Central door of 2 panels with semi-circular fanlight and painted surround. Interior: full frame visible. Octagonal moulded crown post on steeply cambered tie beam. Mullioned windows survive behind brick panels, some with iron mullions, some with ovolo wooden mullions. Plank and muntin door. The distance between the central. frame and the present facade may indicate the recessed central bay of a Wealden. Listing NGR: TR2691759918
