Broadly-spaced studding with brick infilling to rear. Plain tile roof. Possibly open hall of 2 unequal- length bays. Cross-wing to left projecting forwards slightly (with under- built jetty?). 2 storeys. Steeply-pitched hipped roof with gablets. Wing roof hipped to front. Multiple brick ridge stack to junction of hall and wing (in narrower left end bay of hall?). Slender brick stack to left gable end. Irregular fenestration of one 3-light casement to first floor of wing and one 6-pane fixed light to ground floor of main range. Boarded door with segmental head to ground floor of wing and to front of right gable end, and blocked door to left end of main range, beneath stack. Lean-to to left. Interior: only partly inspected.
