TR 24 SW SWINGFIELD - 5/191 Smezzle Farm II Farmhouse, now house. C17 or earlier. Timber framed. Front elevation pebbledashed. Left gable end red brick in Flemish bond to both floors, with midrail (extending into lean-to), tension brace towards front of gable end, and exposed end of front wall-plate. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys. Steeply- pitched hipped roof with gablets. Multiflue red brick stack slightly left of centre. Regular 2-window front of multipane three-light casements. Similar ground-floor windows with segmental heads. Plain door with segmental head under stack. Short two-storey pebbledashed rear return wing to right. Rear lean-to to left, with single-storey pebbledashed section with stack, at right-angles towards left end. Interior not inspected. Marked on O.S. map as Smersole. Listing NGR: TR2194843564
