Three storeys and basement on plinth with cornice parapet to hipped roof with stacks to rear. Two casements on 2nd floor with central blank window space, and 3 sashes on 1st floor with bowed palm-pattern balconies. Large ground floor picture window, with 2 basement lights below. Door of 6 raised and fielded panels to left with semi-circular fanlight in fluted Doric pilaster doorcase with open pediment on entablature blocks, and 4 moulded steps.
