The south part of the building, the Broadstairs Entertainment Department Office, is Edwardian Neo-Georgian. 3 storeys and attics red brick. Mansard tiled roof with 3 hipped dormers. The 2nd floor has 2 sashes and a central Venetian window with a curved balcony under. The 1st floor has 3 5-light bays with pilasters between.
