Three storeys and basement with rusticated base and parapet and stacks to left, centre and right. Four sashes on 2nd floor with gauged heads, and 2 two storey canted bays with sashes. Panelled doors to right of bays with rectangular fanlights surrounds with keystones and flights of 6 steps. Sashes and half-glazed doors to basements.
