Irregular elevation shows close studding in later wing, square framing in earlier part, all with plaster filling. Tiled roofs, that of old part with large hips. south front tile hung above, brick below, with central C19 porch flanked by large leaded casements. Windows on other elevations small leaded casements. Interior shows huge arch braced ties and upper braces of 2 crown posts otherwise incorporated in chimney wall and partition. Wide chamfers to all timbers.
