Ground floor red brick in stretcher bond to left of door, red and grey brick in Flemish bond to right. First floor rendered. First floor of gable ends close-studded. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys. Continuous jetty on solid- spandrel brackets, returned to right on moulded dragon post. Steeply-pitched hipped roof. Slender projecting gable-end stack to left and projecting rear stack to right. Irregular fenestration of 3 leaded casements; one 2-light towards left end and two 3-light. Ribbed door towards centre. Lean-to towards rear of right gable end, with roof continued up into short gabled rear "wing" round rear stack. Rear lean-to to left. Interior not inspected. Listing NGR: TQ7874543209
