House. Later C16. Timber framed. Ground floor red brick in stretcher bond to left of door, red and grey brick in Flemish bond to right. First floor rendered. First floor of gable ends close-studded. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys. Continuous jetty on solid- spandrel brackets, returned to right on moulded dragon post. Steeply-pitched hipped roof. Slender projecting gable-end stack to left and projecting rear stack to right. Irregular fenestration of 3 leaded casements; one 2-light towards left end and two 3-light. Ribbed door towards centre. Lean-to towards rear of right gable end, with roof continued up into short gabled rear "wing" round rear stack. Rear lean-to to left. Interior not inspected.
