Plain tile roof. 2 storeys and attic on painted stone plinth. Bracketed eaves cornice. Half-hipped roof. Central brick stack. 2 hipped dormers. Regular 3-window front of 4-pane sashes with horns, in open boxes. Central panelled doorway with semi-circular fanlight with radiating glazing bars.
