C16 cross-wing to left projecting to front of house. 2 storeys, with widely-spaced studding. Arch braces to wing. Wing jettied to street, jetty and front bay restored in C20. Roof hipped at right end. Wing gabled to street, hipped to rear. Brick ridge stack towards right end. Irregular fenestration of 3-light leaded casements. Door beneath stack with plain-tiled canopy over. Later lean-to to right, with flint ground floor. C20 rear extension to wing. Interior: has exposed beams posts and joists.
