Central section of ground floor painted brick. 2 storeys and cellar, on brick plinth. Half-hipped roof. Multiple red and grey brick stack towards centre and rear stack towards right end. Irregular fenestration of 3 small and widely-spaced two-light casements. Three three- light casements to ground floor. Door of four fielded panels and two top lights, with flat hood, up three steps slightly to right of stack. Painted brick lean-to to left gable end. Later single-storey forge to rear to left.
