2. Built on Mediaeval foundations. 2 spans stone with stone voussoirs and a stone parapet on one side. Dated 1734 under the parapet. A stone records that the bridge was widened 10 ft in the year 1769.
The Public Library and Museum at Beaney Institute, nos 20, 20A, 21, 24 & King's Bridge form a group.
