2. Early C19 facade to C15 timber-framed house. 4 storeys faced with fishscale tiles. Coping. Rainwater head. 1 C19 sash with moulded wooden architraves. Later C19 shopfront. Left side doorcase with 6 Panelled door.
Nos 23 to 37 (consec) and the Christchurch Gateway form a group.
