There are three doors at the ground floor level, one at either end of the commercial ground floor and a third (likely providing access to the upper floors) on the far western side of the building. this western door has a rendered surround and small rectangular window above the transom over the door. The two other doors provide access to the commercial ground floor, each has fluted pilasters with decorative capital on either side of it as well as a rectangular window above the transoms. The area between these two windows is glazed and there is a modern commercial fascia stretching across this window and the two doors. The upper floors are in an exposed brick with rendered detailing. There are four windows on each of the floors, aligning across the floors. The first floor windows are near double the height of the second floor windows. All have rendered surrounds and the first floor windows have decorative headers. There is a rendered string course at the base of both the first and second floors. These form continuous sills to the windows. A rendered band and moulded cornice is located over a parapet at the top of the second floor, immediately over the second floor windows. There are two brick pilasters at either end of the façade, these stretch from the base of the cornice over the second floor to the top of the ground floor level and are capped with rendered and moulded capitals. There are rectangular windows located above the transoms above both of these doors. The area between these two doors is also glazed and is divided four panes. the horizontal divide aligns with the top of the doors, below this is a large single pane and above is divided into three smaller panes. There are four windows at both the first and second floor levels. The four first floor windows all consist of two pane timber framed sashes. The second floor windows are also timber framed sashes but these are divided into four panes by timber glazing bars. All of the window frames are painted white. Overall all windows and doors are in a good condition with all panes present and in tact.
