Monument record TQ 57 SW 1109 - Possible mid to late iron age roundhouse, West Hill hospital, 2005

Summary

In 2005 an archaeological evaluation discovered a number of middle to late iron age featues including post holes and pits and pottery dating to the middle to late iron age. On the basis of the arrangement of the post holes it is suggested that the site may represent a round house.
