Monument record TR 15 NW 2455 - Medieval pits, industrial residue and building plots, St Dunstan's Street
Summary
Archaeological excavation in 2011 found a spread of medieval pits, many containing industrial metalworking residue. At some time in the 13th/14th century the plot was reorganised with a number of timber-framed buildings set on dwarf stone walls. The plots continued to be occupied into the post medieval period.
