Full Description

Fawkham, general area: 13 Palaeolithic handaxes and various other flint artefacts recorded by Roe in the 1960s in collections of several museums (British Museum, Maidstone Museum and Museum of London) (1). A broken small-medium pointed handaxe was also recorded by Wenban-Smith in the Stopes Collection at National Museum and Gallery of Wales, Cardiff (2).
