Full Description

Trial trenching in 2017 found three undated linear ditches. Two ran NE-SW and were roughly parallel. One of these was then cut by a later ditch running NW-SE. One of the earlier ditches was 13 m long and 1.6 m wide. It contained two primary and four secondary fills, suhhesting it was in use for some time. The parallel ditch was smaller and though parallel may not have been in use at the same time. It was later cut by a ditch at right angles to it. No evidence was found to date any of the ditches (1)
