Full Description

A Roman feature, possibly a shallow pit, was excavated in 2004 at 20 Love Lane. The natural appeared to have been truncated by the feature, two fills of which were identified; its limits appeared to extend beyond the trench therefore its length/width/depth are unclear. Potsherds dating between 175-300 AD were recovered from the fill of the feature. (1)
