Full Description
The cropmark traces of a possible linear ditch of uncertain date or function was seen centred at TQ 832987842 extending E-W across the corner of a field to the west of Allhallows-on-Sea. The ditch could be traced for c.185m from hedgeline to hedgeline, and may extend further into adjacent fields. This site was mapped from aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project. (1)
