Summary
A First World War road or trackway linking the Beacon Hill anti aircraft battery (Monument 1474255) with the public road network. The road runs across Hoo Common for 315 metres from the battery to Four Elms Hill. It was later extended to the south to serve a number of small gun emplacements, probably during the Second World War.
