Full Description
A stack stand of medieval/post-medieval date was visible as an earthwork in RAF/541/508 RP 3071 22-APR-1950. Although interpreted as a stack stand for hay, it may have been a mound raised as a livestock refuge. The feature was recorded as a levelled earthwork on Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 07-APR-2021. It was mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024. (1-2)
