Summary

An archaeological evaluation carried out at the site of the Orb Public House, 243 Ramsgate Road, Margate revealed later prehistoric, probably Bronze or Iron Age, ditches. Sections of three ditches were identified in total, across two of the evcaluation trenches. They are a likely continuation of the prehsitoric linear features seen in adjeacent sites. (location accurate to the nearest 1m based on availabel infromation)
