Full Description
Two stack stands of medieval/post-medieval date were visible as earthworks on RAF/106G/UK/1724 RP 3030 10-SEP-1946. They were recorded as levelled earthworks on Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 07-APR-2021. Although interpreted as stack stands for hay, they may have been small mounds raised as livestock refuges. They were mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024. (1-2)
