A pit of uncertain date was visible as a cropmark on Kent HER r12photo960 XX-XXX-1990 (also available as EARTH.GOOGLE.COM XX-XXX-1990). It may be a medieval/post-Medieval extractive pit. This feature was mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024. (1-2)
