Monument record TR 36 NE 2567 - Bronze Age Ring Ditch of Barrow at North Foreland Road, Broadstairs.

Summary

During an archaeological evaluation carried out on land off North Foreland Road in Broadstairs, two sections of a ditch, possibly representing the remains of a ring ditch of a Bronze Age Barrow, were uncovered in trench 8. An unidentified feature within trench 7 may have also represented part of a possible ring ditch but this is not confirmed. (location accurate to the nearest 1m based on available information)
