report detailing the results of an archaeological evaluation of a site at North Foreland Road, Broadstairs, Kent. This work followed earlier phases of evaulation trenching and a watching brief. The evaluation revealed a range of features and although most comprise undated pits and post-holes, there are several discrete features that have been spot dated to the late Bronze Age/Iron Age. This finding is in keeping with the Middle Iron Age remains that were recorded when the site was first evaluated in 2006 and again when groundworks were monitored within the south-east corner of the site in 2016
