Full Description

Cropmark of large ring ditch with a diameter of 19m, possibly a Bronze Age round barrow mapped from Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 14-AUG-2003 aerial photographs as part of the Historic England Thanet Landscape Mapping Project 2024. This barrow and an adjacent barrow (MKE124070) appear joined by an elongated ditched enclosure which appears to lie beneath both ring ditches and presumably pre-date them. This barrow is one of a group of barrows and enclosures seen as cropmarks and recorded together in parent record TR 26 NE 25 (MKE6356) (1)
