Full Description

Cropmark of single ring ditch with a diameter of 23m, probably a Bronze Age round barrow mapped from Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 14-AUG-2003 aerial photographs as part of the Historic England Thanet Landscape Mapping Project 2024. This barrow lies within a Saxon cemetery (TR 26 NE 1265) with graves cut into the barrow ditch. This barrow is one of a group of barrows and enclosures seen as cropmarks and recorded together in parent record TR 26 NE 25 (MKE6356) (1)
