Full Description

Part of a possible later prehistoric trackway visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs -NMR 2107/27 09-MAR-1982 and Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 14-APR-2015 mapped as part of the Historic England Thanet Landscape Mapping Project 2024. The trackway appears as two parallel fragmented ditches aligned NW-SE and extending c. 125m. The ditches are between 11m and 13m apart, widening out towards the SE end. Both ditches appear to be cut by the ring ditches of three possible Bronze Age round barrows (MKE91186, 124213, and 124215).(1)
