Full Description

The site of a Second World War hut, possibly associated with a gun emplacement on the cliff at Epple Bay (MKE 124278). This was visible on RAF aerial photographs -RAF/26J/BR267 VL 1 22-FEB-1941. This features was mapped as part of the Historic England Thanet Landscape Mapping Project 2024. Site was removed after the end of the war. (1-2)
