Enclosures, fragments of field boundaries and numerous pits forming part of a settlement of Iron Age/Roman date were visible as cropmarks in NMR 4137/14 18-JUL-1988, NMR 4177/26 01-AUG-1988, Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 25-MAY-2012 and HEA 29754/21 29-JUN-2015.
