Full Description
An extractive pit of Medieval/post-Medieval date was visible as a cropmark in Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 21-APR-2007. The feature is highly irregular on plan and although probably an extractive pit it is possible that the cropmark represents the position of an historical badger set. It was mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024. (1)
