Full Description
Cropmark of a early medieval inhumation cemetery and 50m long linear ditch visible on aerial photographs - NMR 2602/0215 24-APR-1985. The site appears as the cropmark remains of c.25 grave cuts clustered around a cropmark ditch - though not necessarily associated with the ditch, extending NE-SW over 50m on the southern side of Woodchurch Road. The graves and ditch were mapped as part of the Historic England Thanet Landscape Mapping Project 2024 (1)
