Summary
Second World War anti-landing obstacles are visible as cropmarks on RAF/HLA/564 V 6029 01-JUN-1942. The obstacle is formed by a series of anti-landing poles, visible as pits following removal of the poles. There appears to be at least two phases of obstacles given the offset alignments.

Full Description
Second World War anti-landing obstacles are visible as cropmarks on RAF/HLA/564 V 6029 01-JUN-1942. The obstacle is formed by a series of anti-landing poles, visible as pits following removal of the poles. There appears to be at least two phases of obstacles given the offset alignments. The features were recorded as part of the Thanet Landscape Mapping project. (1)
