Full Description

A First Aid Post and huts of 20th century date were visible as structures in RAF/HLA/564 V 6028 01-JUN-1942. They were located at RAF Manston's 'War Flight' area on the east side of the airfield, constructed around 1917. These features were recorded as demolished structures in Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 07-APR-2021. They were mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024. (1-2)
