Full Description

An office of Second World War date was seen as a structure in RAF/HLA/564 V 6013 01-JUN-1942. The hut was described as 'USAF Office and RAF Sport Store' on a mid-20th century plan of RAF Manston (RAF Museum, Hendon, reference X004/2380). It was recorded as a demolished building in Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 07-APR-2021. It was mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024. (1-2)
