Full Description
Cropmarks of a ring ditch, probably a Bronze Age barrow with a diameter of 20m which is visible on aerial photographs: CUCAP ALA55 04-JUN-1965, NMR 4448/68 19-JUN-1989 and HEA 29749_037 29-JUN-2015. This site has been mapped as part of the Historic England Thanet Landscape Mapping Project 2024. This site lies within the extensive cropmark remains of a probable Roman settlement (TR 36 NW 44).
