Full Description

Three huts and a fourth small structure forming part of a defended locality of Second World War date were visible as structures in RAF/HLA/564 V 6010 01-JUN-1942. They were situated on Telegraph Hill, enclosed by a barbed wire entanglement (MKE125769), all forming part of defences on the western flank of RAF Manston.

These features were recorded as demolished structures in Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 07-APR-2021. They were mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024. (1-2)
