Full Description

Two huts enclosed by blast walls of Second World War date were visible as structures and earthworks in RAF/106G/UK/1378 FV 7047 04-APR-1946. They may have provided munitions to gun positions dug into the cliff top just to the north. They were recorded as demolished structures/levelled earthworks on Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 07-APR-2021. These features were mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024. (1-2)
