The cropmark traces of a linear ditch, probably the remains of a former boundary of uncertain date. The ditch is aligned N-S and can be traced for 200m. This was mapped from aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project.

Full Description

The cropmark traces of a linear ditch, probably the remains of a former boundary of uncertain date. The ditch is centred at TQ 6915 7240, is aligned N-S and can be traced for 200m. The ditch may be associated with a possible trackway, the remains of which are also visible as a cropmark immediately to the south of the southern end of the ditch. This trackway has been recorded separately in NMR Monument record: 413755. These were mapped from aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project. (1)
