Full Description
A crouched inhumation and and associated curved ditch were excavated prior to gravel quarrying at Seaton, Canterbury, in 1973. The presence of the inhumation and ditch is thought to indicate the location of a burial mound, potentially relating to ring ditches in the vicinity of the site. The location of this site is unknown as the report has not been seen by the HER. (1)
