Full Description
A rectangular enclosure forming part of a settlement of Medieval date was visible as a cropmark in EARTH.GOOGLE.COM 03-2022 (accessed 05-02-2024). The south and west sides of the enclosure are most clearly defined. The east side seems to have been cut by a large pit of uncertain date that may also have interrupted or removed the enclosure's north side. These features were mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024. (1)
