Summary
Probable Neolithic pits and gullies were identified during an excavation carried out at Tanyard Farm, Lenham at some time between 2020-2023. Three oval pits aligned east to west were excavated and were found to contain a large quantity of struck flints.

Full Description
Three oval pits aligned east to west were excavated and were found to contain a large quantity of Neolithic struck flints. The features measured around 2.2.m in diameter and 0.63-0.98m in depth. Several gullies dating to the Neolithic period were also identified. (1)
