The cropmark trace of a fragmented linear ditch, probably the remains of a former boundary of uncertain date centred at TQ 8855 7678 and extending WNW-ESE for 120m to the north of Grain village. This feature was mapped from aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project.(1)
