Vertical Datum: LAT Sank following a collision, while on passage Swansea to Hamburg. (2) 15-NOV-1976 Wreck reported 28ft in a general depth 27m 21-SEP-1977 in 50 55 37N, 001 08 01E Least depth 22.5m in a general depth 30-32m. No scour, height 7.7m, length 86m. lying 040/220 deg. 29-MAR-1983 French minehunter CLIO survey least depth 20m in general depth 29m, height 9m, lying 040/220 degs, heading southwest, length 100m, beam 15m. 01-MAY-1985 Copper ingots being recovered by Newton Smith, wreck thought to be the CITY OF DRESDEN.
