Full Description
The cropmark traces of a possible ditch of uncertain date seen at TQ 7412 7612 and mapped from aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project. It is aligned NE-SW and can be traced for c.70m. It is visible in 2007 in a narrow strip with an unripened crop. The adjacent fields have been ploughed and no further traces of the ditch can be seen in the bare plough soil.
The cropmarks of this possible ditch were seen on aerial photographic imagery on Google Earth which was taken in April 2007. (1)
